i went and got me a daily value meal from subway. it was nice. go get one. 3.99 for a 6", chips and drink. today is turkey and ham.
now that my little belly is full i decided to hop around the internets. so..
i've been addicted to pandora for today and last night. if you don't know what it is, you just type in an artist or genre and it plays music related to that for as long as you want. sometimes it gives you music that is shit, but a lot of times it can be good. check it out.
here's some crazy sesame street stuff about Roy G. Biv with music from philip glass.
philip glass is a composer who does lots of crazy crazy music. if you would like to hear more you can find it here. kind of makes me uneasy.
so, i've been reading this book called What is the What by dave eggers. it's basically a creative nonfiction book about one of the Lost Boys and his story.
more than a year ago, i worked at the opryland hotel. if you have ever worked there , you know that the diversity of the countries people are from that work there is unbelievable. but, while i worked there i met a man from sudan who i found out was one of the lost boys. i was told that anytime he was asked about it he did not like to talk about it. but ever since then i have been interested in these "lost boys". finally i am understanding more about them and it is an amazing story.
but now i came across this movie called "god grew tired of us" which i think i will try to find today so i can watch it. it's about the lost boys. obviously.
well, here's the trailer and you should read the book, because dave eggers is a great author. sorry all of that was so jumbled. i can't process my thoughts very well today.
i don't think i've posted anything on keith shore on here yet. but i like his stuff a lot. it's very simple. and i like the colors.
